Hard water for showering

The property is attached to the Galleria Mall but was secure. It was within walking distance to a lot of things to do.

Clean and comfortable

Mall and area felt unsafe. Room/ hotel felt overpriced.

No me gusta que te cobran el wifi!!El costo del hotel no es barato. Deberían incluir un buen servicio de wifi.

El aire acondicionado del hotel demasiado frío Las sábanas de las camas espantosas y muy mal que no tengan cobijas en el clóset por si tienes frío Tuve que solicitar a las 4 pm que subieran a hacer la limpieza de la habitación Me parece muy mal que cobren el internet

The suite was comfortable and upscale

Room was advertised as high floor with city view. Suite was on 11th floor midway up, not “high floor” at all. City view? Consisted of a 20 story (approx) office building dominating the northward field of view from our suite. Open parking lot filled the remaining space.

It was connected to the Galleria Mall which was a bonus for me. Very luxurious feel and comfortable

Rooms don’t have a microwave

The location can't be beat if you're going to the galleria! The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was great!

I didn't realize that there are two Westins at the Galleria, and we went to the wrong one first. Not a huge deal, but it seems to happen often enough that they have maps already printed out with directions to walk through the mall to the other one. SO, just keep that in mind if you decide to self park, and double check you have the right side of the mall so you don't have to schlep luggage through the mall.

The rooftop pool the staff mostly it being very convenient and overall clean and welcoming

Ice machine not working on my floor,no Keurig coffee maker. Only one serving of coffee in room. Expense!

I like the location, the bar, the fact that the mall was right there. The pool was nice. The cleanness.

There was no coffee available in the lobby. My shower didn't work. The water didn't turn off. Maintenance came quick and fixed it so I thought. The next day the water didn't come on at all. I called for sheets for the sofa bed. The staff that brought the sheets in a timely manner. Smelled like a pound of weed.
