Pésimo servicio. Tuvimos dificultades con la habitación de mi papá. Aún después de estar paga al 100% por error de su personal le cancelaron la entrada a la habitación siendo un adulto mayor. Lo tuvieron hasta más de la media noche sin acceso a su habitación. Adicional nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación. Cobraron 3 veces un depósito que aún no se ve reflejado o devolución.

The property was nice and clean

The staff wasn’t so nice at the front desk or in the restaurant I was ignoring several times and at the bar I just walked off and didn’t get anything. She seen me there. I asked her about a drink and she walked off, so I decided I didn’t want anything and walked up as well when I first walked into Check in it was too ladies, checking in was actually checking someone in and the other was standing and she seen me and never asked me or said anything to me and then someone else walked up. She helped them I was like wow I was standing here.

No fridge/microwave in the room

I liked the swimming pool.

The rooms were quite dark, old and especially the dark carpets were not very clean. Also, the humidity caused everything in the room to be damp. Breakfast was supposed to be included for the four of us, but it was not.
