Everything was nice/ good. With the except of the toaster was working. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking

The hotel was unclean, the elevator has dirty splatters all of the doors, carpet looks like they are never vacuumed in the hallways, my toilet was broken in my room had bowel in the toilet, I told the housekeeper she stated she knew and would tell someone, I reported to the front desk immediately I had to leave for a game upon my return it was not fixed, the maintenance temporarily fixed, the room had this funny smell that irritated my families allergies, the pillows were balled up.. everywhere else was booked so we had to stay d/t travel I literally did not sleep I sat up because it was very uncomfortable, air conditioner had funny smell coming from it. not a very clean hotel. Felt like a cheap motel

easy to find

breakfast needs to have more options; the best was the coffee; there were not enough food for people; I went to breakfast around 6:45: I saw people come and go because there was not enough food left.

I only liked the location.

The room was horrible. The bed was horrible and the smell in the room was so bad!!!!

Service and room

2nd stay on Friday night, TV didn't have volume so last suggested we move but it was ok. Continental breakfast needed more attention but it was good food

Check in was smooth and fast. Friendly front desk agent. We came there for my son's bday party at Big Play but we live in New Orleans.

The smell of the room was very...odd. Like an old, stale smell. My friend who drove in to come to the pary decided to get a room there as well when I told her where we were staying. her room smelled the same. Then the elevators stopped working and we had to take the stairs the rest of that day and the next morning. My friend had amputations on her feet and it was very complicated for her.
