La ubicación es muy buena, está dentro del aeropuerto en la terminal D, la chica de la recepción que nos recibió fue realmente amable y linda con toda mi familia. El cuarto es lindo y limpio.

Falta una cafetera en la habitación

Restaurante is expensive, good but expensive and it doesn’t make the value for us since we need just to spend the night since we flight was delayed due to bad weather conditions. Overall the food, where a burger in this era restaurant job pay 25 usd per each before taxes and tip.

This was a great hotel in general, especially the in-airport location and the spacious, quiet room and very friendly staff.

Grand Hyatt needs some kind of sliding scale for the price for people staying literally less than 6 hours because of flight delays or shorter overnight layovers. I think we can all agree that it is ridiculous for anyone to pay $300+ per night to stay only between 1:30am and 6:30am.

Love the convenience of being in the airport.

Everything was clean, the room was very comfortable, bed was awesome! check in was quick and staff was friendly. The restaurant was a great place to unwind.

I’m only saying this for full disclosure, it’s a pricey stay. We also understand that convenience comes with a price tag. Considering that we had to catch a 14 hour flight to Dubai the next day made it worth the money!
