the hotel is inside the hospital which was very convenient

the aaltos restaurant was very expensive and disappointing; however they do also have another restaurant (Garbonzo) which had good pub style food

Front desk person was very helpful and explained policies.

When I tried to phone the hotel I was connected to someone in US. Did not know if fees were in US or Canadian $ so I booked with booking.com. I wanted to ask if there were any discounts for HSC patients. The add said to contact for deals but could not contact hotel directly.

Location, we had a medical procedure done at the Health Science Center so it was perfect to walk down to the hospital entrance. We were able to postpone our checkout by an hour giving us extra time after our medical procedure.

The toiletries and coffee provided by the Hotel were of poor quality for the amount of monies paid. This hotel is extremely high in price but the complimentaries provided are of very low quality.

My husband was having a day surgery at the HSC, and it was the perfect place to stay, and get him to his arrival appt, as well as pick up post op, and quickly to our room for him to rest, and start recovery. We even decided to stay an extra night, as he was not quite up for a 2.5hr drive home. Front desk staff accommodated quickly, and was a delight to deal with.

Nothing to complain about. From the security staff, front staff, cleaning staff, and even the Garbonzos Pub hostess, everyone was so helpful, kind, compassionate, and really expressed their best to us, at every turn.
