Extremt lyhört både från andra rum och gatan. Internet var svagt och kastade ut oss hela tiden.

La comodidad, habitación grande, cafetera y microonda. También el baño muy cómodo.

Un poco ruidoso or la ubicación y que tuve q rehacer la cama, porque la sábana estaba por encima de la colcha.

Lage ist direkt an den wichtigsten Haltestellen gelegen, der Parkplatz ist gratis und ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es wurden die Handtücher aus dem Zimmer genommen, aber keine neuen hinterlegt, außerdem wurde der Boden, das Bad und auch keine Betten gemacht. Beim Check-out war kein Personal greifbar, nach 5 Minuten sind wir dann so gegangen.

Loved the front desk service

We asked for a room on the top floor and was told we could have it but then got sent to the second floor, instead of the third. Neighbors upstairs were very noisy and kids running around the halls throughout the night. The beds were small

Super Lage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr Zentral, saubere Zimmer und allgemein empfehlenswert für kurzen Urlaub in San Francisco, sehr bequeme Betten!

Personal ziemlich zurückhaltend, was aber nicht so schlimm war, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Zimmer für 4, eher für 2 ausreichend.

The beds were very comfortable & the room was nicely clean when we entered

We had to get two new keys made everyday of our trip because they would stop working & never once had them by anything that would stop them from working.

Location, comfortable bed, good shower, clean.

The common areas, hall, stairs and elevator looked old compared to the bedrooms.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The building looks a bit old but when you enter the room you can see that they have worked hard to modernize it.

the.elevator was scary very old

Very well located, with comfortable and spacious rooms.

The hallways and air conditioners inside the rooms need some maintenance.

The room was recently renovated which was really nice. All modern and sleek. Free parking included was great additional benefit. The location was nice and quiet, but still close walking distance to most things, considering the San Francisco area.

The A/C unit was huge and loud at night. The room was generally clean but certain surfaces you can tell were not wiped down in some time.

It was in a good area close to bus stops, the room looked to be renovated.

One major problem was that, we were told we would be charged stain fee for towels and sheets and we had just gotten our hair dyed, if you stay here bring your own sheets, towels and shower curtain because everything is white, they were under construction and made noise early in morning yet we couldn’t play music in our room during the morning while getting ready,it made the visit very uncomfortable having to make sure nothing got stained.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was extra clean and smelled very nice when we walked in. I loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room. The room was very modern and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the restroom was clean! We also liked the amount of surveillance cameras on the property. We would stay here again!

The parking is a little tight, but I guess that’s expected in such a big city.
