I’ve stayed here a number of occasions it is very conveniently located and not as loud as other parts of Lombard Street having the free parking is nice, but the facility itself is definitely in need of a makeover. It’s very dilapidated and dirty.

the parking is atrocious. got blocked in several times. clearly says face in parking, others were backing in. clean but very outdated, shower door wouldnt close.

The room is too old and there was a bad smell

the room was clean everything worked and it was quite. breakfast was good. a feeling of relaxation enjoyed the stay. althougth it was short thank you.

Roomed spelt of strong cleaning solution. Carpet stained, walls very thin so quite noisy. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Despite the fatal situation in San Francisco regarding homelessness and crime, we felt quite safe in the accommodation. Fisherman's Wharf etc. are still easily accessible on foot and also a station of the "Hop on Hop Off" bus is located directly nearby. We could therefore leave our rental car the entire time in the motel parking lot, which is also well lit at night. We would have felt a little safer if there had been a gate with access restrictions to the porperty. Info to all visitors of San Francisco: Please leave your rental cars at the hotel! We unfortunately saw several times ourselves how cars were broken into in the immediate vicinity of us at Fisherman's Wharf. Leave your cars in the parking lot of the motel/hotel and never leave your belongings in the vehicle!

The rooms are a bit older (but clean!). The motel is certain not designed for a "luxury" or "relax" vacation. But it serves its purpose. Tip: Buy a room spray - it settles well on the old carpets and refreshes the entire room.

Pricing and location were the positives. Also, on premise parking was a huge beneficial in a City like San Francisco where breakins are very common.

Would expect at least a microwave.

Not many complaints, any issues people seem to have are questionable as you get excellent value for money. Maybe slightly better lighting

Property was okay. With some effort, it could be a significantly better... Especially in the bathroom.

The parking lot was really tight. But I guess I should be thankful we got parking in San Francisco!

Price was better than others

No coffee maker no microwave. Hard to get at electrical receptors way too few also, not any clothe and towel hooks, and TV should be in front of beds not off to the side, and fridge should be on table not on floor

I love the location and I love that they accommodated my travel request.

How thin the walls are we could hear the neighbors talking all night. The shower nozzle was broke off and the shower could have been cleaned better. The toilet is old and needs a new seat cover. Vending machines are not available, as we thought.

Awesome for the price, no complaints, mini fridge, tv, closet, altogether a great choice when visiting SF

Have to stretch to think of anything I didnt like. I suppose the parking lot is a little awkward to get out of? The wooden blinds could stand a little fix I guess. Otherwise it was well worth the price and I plan to come back again in the future for sure.
