The staff was very gentle and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete. Location is perfect for either a vacation or business travel. You literally can walk to every place.

LOT OF PEOPLE AND LITTLE ROOM FOR BREAKFAST SERVING. NEED MORE SPACE.

very worn. In dire need of renovation. Breakfast was not bad. TV remote was broken. Took 2 trips to get it replaced. Not one of the non desk staff spoke enough English to understand what I needed. I was there for a week and my room cleaned only once. I could've used fresh towels a d my trash emptied. I didn't need a room cleaning every day. The carpet is terribly stained and tattered. it smells of urine ans needs cleaning. It's in dire need of fresh paint. The furniture is quite worn and scratched and dented. While it was clean, it's certainly not worth the price paid due to room and physical condition. The bed was quite comfortable I add. I was awakened nightly but cars just outside the door in the parking lot. Quite noisy.

the sheets were gross when I arrived. the room smelled really bad for my entire trip. like someone had previously smoked heavily there and they used some powerful cleaner to get of it. In the week I was there no one ever came to get my garbage even after I called asking for housekeeping.

The property is very well-maintained and the staff is excellent. The room was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed my breakfast and they moved my room to the side of the building so that I could park my vehicle in front of my room. I thought that was very very nice.

of course, the beds could always be a little nicer, but I was very impressed with this night stay

Nothing waffles were salty. No.meats. coffee was flavorless. Overall breakfast was worthless

Everything . Furniture was chipped and older than dirt. Mattresses uncomfortable. Request for certain room location ignored bathroom door mirror chipped Room 208. Bedding is ugly and Uncomfortable, no blankets if it's cold. Yes I know there is a heater but not always up to par. Overall just what was supposed to be a good trip was diminished by the low quality of hotel offerings.

The beds were in an awkward place. You have to squeeze past the end of the bed to get to the bathroom.

staff. Great people indeed... they were assertive and willing to help, even if there was not much they could possibly do. But what they could do, they did and we appreciated it.

Many things!!! Shower was falling apart. from the curtain rod, to the head itself! the sheet covers were dirty, a pillow, too. In 4 nights we staid, room was never cleaned. When I implored for new towels, they were provided the morning after (Thanks to the lady at reception). That is too much, really....

Our room heating supply was not functioning, but through the staff's diligent efforts, the issue was quickly rectified.
