I checked out early and was charged 769.47 for a night I did not stay . I have sent an email and contacted multiple people with no answers . This has been a frustrating experience for my fiancé birthday . Phone number : 954-297-1706 . Please provide a update on this unwarranted charge .

Restaurant/food was excellent. Gaming and dealers were excellent.

No housekeeping. Called multiple times and visited the concierge the morning of the second day and still no luck

Not sure what I was expecting paying $610/night here but this wasn't it. Arrived tired and ready to get to my room. Only one lady at the check in who's just chatting away on the phone. I wait, walk around, come back and finally check in. I'm directed to the nearest elevators, which have a sign that they're out of service. Property is quite large, so I have to wander around for a while to find the other elevators. Finally get to my room that has a lovely view of... roof top air conditioning lol. The pillow has stains on it. I'm annoyed by this point but finally try to get some rest, and I'm woken up 4 times throughout the night by some drunk guest yelling in the hallway as there's little to no sound insulation. Probably the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The property itself is large and is more like a mall combined with a casino. I normally don't mind people who smoke but the amount of smoke here was on an obnoxious level. Tried to kill some time playing roulette but there are no human dealers at this location and I couldn't get an explanation from staff on how to use the electronic one. Anyway, overall a meh experience, didn't enjoy and can't recommend.
