I love the location of this property and have been here many times before because it’s always a wonderful experience. Great staff. Clean. Gorgeous views

There was a big event going on while we were there and because of that we felt very over looked, they made changes to the shuttles, and it was a little overwhelming that they were having big parties for it each night.

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt. Es war nicht sauber. Die Dusche war schmutzig und am WC war ein Haar vom Vorgänger! Das Zimmer müffelte. Den Aufzug haben wir nie einmal benutzt. Wer weiß wann er dann wirklich mal stehen bleibt. Am Pool sind viel zu wenig Liegen, viele mussten auf den Biden liegen oder sogar wieder gehen. Sehr schade. 50€ pro Nacht für Parken ist unverschämt. Das Personal war total überfordert unser Auto wieder zu finden. Wenn man was aus dem Auto holen wollte, durfte man nicht selbst ans Auto… Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht!! Tolle Bilder - in Wirklichkeit leider nicht.

Beautiful scenery

Billing process was a mess. I filled out a credit card authorization card so I could give the stay as a gift to my daughter I. Law for her 10 year anniversary. Loews ended up incorrectly billing my daughter in Law so she saw gas price and had to pay. It was awful

Staff were great. Lovely treat for my wife’s birthday… bottle of bubbly

Unfortunately you can’t go in the water at their lovely beach. Not their fault as it’s pollution but it should be advertised that’s the case. Pollsters could do with a spruce up.

We took our two granddaughters for 2 nights and were thrilled with the hotel! The girls also loved eating lunch poolside, the fun pool entertainment, and the stunning views!

Property was clean. Had good shuttle service in to Coronado. Restaurants were very mediocre.

Restaurants were poor and service lacked at each.

The views of the bay are incredible! Our room was beautiful and the hotel was gorgeous. There was so much beauty everywhere I looked! Also, our kids LOVED the family pool.

It was a bit pricey so we will try to come back during the week when it’s not so busy or expensive.

We loved the location! Rented e-bikes and that was very fun & worthwhile. The shuttle to town was great and super friendly staff everywhere! Always helpful & happy!

room 1st floor, pool view, right over the family pool - when it was clear we had no family with us. Had to keep the curtain closed all the time and was very loud all day until after 10pm at night. TV was broken, took over 24hours to get facilities to fix it. Parking was very tight and seemed to not have enough spaces for someone that paid $47 a night to park. Breakfast menu was limited. Too many undisclosed resort fees and additional 10% on all the resort fees took it from $419 a night to $561.00. Very disappointing.

Amazing staff that caters to you

The dinning room location and quality. Maybe locate where there is a view and the food was at best a 7 out of 10. A bit low for this quality of a resort

We loved that it was away from everything and not congested. You never really needed to leave. The location was perfect. The beach was easily accessible. The gardens were beautiful and the 3 pools were great.

We were there for 5 days and there was no WiFi. There was an issue with the WiFi. The manager was kind enough to reverse the resort fee.

We liked the location and they shuttle service they provided to downtown Coronado

They allow companies to rent their facilities and they block off the outside patio during these events. Even though you pay a resort fee. We were forced to stay inside and order at the bar.

Rooms are very nice clean Pool excellent

Room was hard to find . Parking wasnt easy to find because the garage and outside parking was taken .

The restaurants are well stocked and the staff is always ready to provide you with the suggestions .

The bathrooms need to updated.
