It was close to the airport. That’s the only good thing this place has going for it.

My flight was delayed by 7 hours. I was stuck on the tarmac, unable to call the hotel to let them know I would arrive late. When I finally arrived, sometime around 4am, I was told that they canceled my reservation. When I asked why, they gave me some stupid answer about an audit. Keep in mind, nowhere in the terms of service or the website does it say they would cancel my reservation if I showed up late. Nor did it say anything about an audit. In my many years of experience, I have not once had a hotel cancel my reservation without my permission, charge my card the full price, then make me pay again for the same room. This place is a total scam and while they claimed it was because of an audit, in reality, they just stole my money. Would not return and I urge everyone to consider choosing a different establishment

One of the staff at reception had an attitude that was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I was checking on the Booking.com rate I had to pay upon checkout and she kept telling me the rules about how the hotel needs to hold my credit card for incidental and tax, rather than really answering my question! Also this hotel does not clean and tidy guest room even if you put a request with the housekeeping! I had 2 sepatste stays of 3 nights then 2 nights after i returned from the tour but all together the room was cleaned only once and there was no refill of the body wash and we had to wait until 10 pm when the housekeeping duty staff started their shift!!

The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. I had run out of toothpaste and they were quick to offer a small pack with mouthwash. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I ate a quick meal in the restaurant. The food was fine. The bartender/waiter was exceptional, very friendly and attentive.

The location was somewhat disappointing and my view from the room was of the freeway. The shower and tub were a little drippy.

Cool location. When checking in Front Desk girl was Pleasant and Sweet.

Maybe Pricey? Asked for Toothpaste & Toothbrush and never got them.

The staff were really friendly and switched on. They let us change rooms because of the noisy elevator and were generally helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were way larger than I thought they’d be, and very clean. The location was excellent for our needs (we had a car). It was about a 20-30min drive from everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect.

The elevator is very noisy. It makes a deep humming sound when it’s in motion which carries into some of the rooms. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room further away from the elevator.
