a/c not working we had a really hot and uncomfortable night to start , people being ridiculously loud banging walls and screaming out their lungs like it’s was Super Bowl Sunday at 04:00am , yeah me and my family ended up leaving before check out time with headaches and 2 hours of sleep top’s very unpleasant to say the least.!!!

I love everything we had a great time and the staff it’s very polite and very friendly

The room was clean. I usually, find "certain things" in the bathroom and reclean them. I didn't find that to be an issue this time.

Nothing major. The shower curtain needed to be replaced and I requested to have something printed. 45 minutes later no one got back to me. I called the front desk and was told my printing had already been completed, but no one informed me of that. And the TV only had antennae. So the channel choices were quite limited. We wound up not watching it.

The jacuzzi was cute however wish it was longer my girlfriend is 5’7” and she couldn’t stretch her legs out, definitely for one person not two… It was very noisy because it was a lot of kids there this weekend and it was babies crying etc and the person above us was very heavy footed walking over our heads … We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as it was lots of kids in there the entire time .. We definitely said we would come back again during the week when the kids are in school .

Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. Can’t say much else; don’t really recommend it here.

Our hot water was out at least three times. The staff kept answering the phone and saying they would bring a missing item (shower curtain) and never did. They offered me a discount for days where the hot water went out but then gave me a hard time about the agreed-upon rate. Gym exercise bike was broken. Wifi was weak and was totally out for a day. Breakfast was pretty bad every day. Room cleaning was spotty.
