the location was great, we walked downtown, and there are many good restaurants in the area 5-10 min walk. The rooms are comfy, water refill station is the best in the service

they don't have a free parking spot 70 dollars per night is too high. There is a public parking spot across the street. I believe in special prices for hotel guests would be great service.

Manager working under Rashid (she refused to provide her name & prohibited employees from providing her name as well) was very rude, has no soft skills, and treats customers and employees condescendingly. I was told Rashid was her manager.

Few vegan options at breakfast. We missed Dairy free products, especially dairy free milk at the buffet. We had to ask for this kind of milk. Why don’t you display it next to cow milk? We also missed vegan butter or spread.

Отель просто великолепен. Отличное месторасположение, наличие парковки, центр города, в пешей доступности огромное количество магазинов, супермаркетов, речпорт в 15 минутах ходьбы, рестораны, кинотеатр, транспорт, парки и многие достопримечательности. За 3 дня пребывания мы не пользовались автомобилем вообще! В отеле потрясающая уютная обстановка. В холле много зон для отдыха посетителей, включая бар, столовую и романтический уголок с камином, а также место для работы с компьютерами и техникой. Персонал приветливый и обходительный. Номера с большими кроватями, очень удобным матрасом и большими крутыми подушками. Вид из окна на город превзошел все ожидания!

At check in Sara was extra helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. The location was great! We were able to walk to Chase Center for a Warriors game and to Cinatown, Fisherman's Wharf and several other local attractions.

The only parking choice on the premises was valet parking, which at $77 a day seems steep. We definitely made a point to park at the garage across the street.

O hotel é ótimo, quarto muito bom, chuveiro bom, localização ótima. Tinha um mercadinho embaixo onde era possível pegar alguma comida e café, o que facilitava nossos dias de passeio

水のボトルを人数分もらえ、毎日外出の際フロント横の給水器から飲料水を補給出来、飲み物をいちいち買わなくて済んで、とても良かった。

飯店地點位於聯合廣場附近，搭地鐵很方便，周邊的商圈也很密集 美中不足之處，飯店蓮蓬頭水壓不太夠，洗澡會需要比較久的時間，網路也不太好 其他的服務、人員親切度都很好

蓮蓬頭水壓能強一點就更好了 浴室掛浴巾的地方太少，我們有四人入住，只有兩個掛勾

All the road was close and it was so hard getting to the hotel no driving service would come to us because they couldn’t figure it out also I didn’t like I couldn’t take my breakfast to my room

The location was good, we use the BART and found that very convenient.

There were a lot of homeless people about.

Fantastic, clean, modern hotel in a good location close to public transport and attractions such as the museum of modern art. It was very comfortable with good facilities and well maintained.

I had baby wipes in my room, came back after house keeping were there wipes were nowhere to be found.

Good location and nice rooms. Huge glass window looking right over the city. Comfortable beds and nice amenities Great restaurant across the road that served lots of choices for a good price.

In house restaurant was VERY expensive.

Staff were excellent, took really good care of us. Even when my wife was unwell and we needed some extra help early in the morning!

Very comfortable living and at a great location for first timers visiting San Francisco. It is well connected with Taxis, Trams, private buses and driver/less cars operating 24/7. All their staff are super friendly and a coffee shop at the ground floor is so convenient if you are rushing out for a tour
