Clean and well maintained hotel with great location.

Staff was not helpful at all, borderline rude (except valet guys and Kimberley). At the check in they told us there are plenty of free rooms and then gave us the one with terrible parking view. We were never informed about breakfast options and when asked questions e.g.about gym, bar, etc. we got one-two words answers, so it felt forced. It felt as if they invest time into some guests and not the others, which is incomprehensible at this level. They really rarely greeted us. Also the iron in the room ruined our expensive shirt because brown water was leaking.

The location is extremely convenient. The staffs are very nice and friendly.

The Wi-Fi needs upgrading.

The room and overall cleanliness was horrible. The comforter had a dark blood stain at the bottom and it had numerous other stains. The thin sheets covering it easily came off and exposed the filth. The chair has something gross on it that I wiped off. Thank god I brought my own Clorox wipes. The bathroom was dirty and shower smelled like pee. I would never stay here again. The bathroom wasn’t stocked with enough towels and the grout looked brown and the sink was clogged and very slow draining. The shower got cold 5 min into the shower so you got a Luke warm shower. The room stunk like the last musky person who was in it. Gross - What a rip off. I never leave bad reviews but this hotel cost a lot and I imagine it would have been cleaner at another hotel down the road. You pay for the location here. The rooms need some serous TLC.

the staff was wonderful and professional down to the valet parking, check in desk, room Service. very highly recommended
