Right on the beach. it was beautiful!!! All decorated for the Holidays. They had a tiki bar/ restaurant right by the beach. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Good food and drinks. very convenient. you can have it delivered to your beach spot. I wasn’t thrilled ab paying for the val. parking but now I’m so happy they had it. it’s reasonable.

The elevators took some time getting to you. that’s all.

Location on the beach was perfect. The beach Tiki bar was fun and great staff. The main restaurant on the property was fantastic. What I loved the most was my ocean view room was all white and so clean! Going back!

The view and Tiki bar had great food.

The prejudice of the staff in the salon, my daughter and I went to get of hair and nails done. Everyone in the salon refused to do our hair or nails. They just stared at us with a discussing look on their face. They told us they don't do acrylic nails or braids when it was in the brochure. Than the next day took out all the signs that advertised acrylic nails or braids. The stink was stopped up, the dishwasher did now work and the cleaning crew did not clean well, when ever they came they never clean the tub. There were holes in the wall, bedroom door didn't stay close.

the location is perfect

first they gave us a room with no water pressure, the toilets were not flushing down, furniture and decor looked outdated. We had to go and ask for a room change. Apparently all rooms are different to each other, we had family member in others rooms with a modern decor, ours was so old. We were under the impression that this was private own rooms, cause all are so different.

No Breakfast. Location good.

Room were clean, food ok

No coffee maker in the room. They can provide one but, without coffee or filters. No safe box. No landline phone, No hotel directory or info. Valet Parking ($15) per night, never said there is free parking across the street. Shower is very tight, about 26in. Too much smoking inside and out of the facility. They won't see me again.

Not advertised as a partial hotel/residential property. Rooms were all different, our friend’s room was way nicer. Some had balconies, ours didn’t. Ice only on first floor. Entire hotel smelled like weed.
