Hotel needs to be updated. Pool was dirty not cleaned my entire stay for 4 nights. Comfy beds.

Staff was great. Great access to beaches and entertainment as well as restaurants and shops.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Horrible for sleeping.

Had late check in due to late flight. Staff ready for us. Room neat. Needed more towels. Brought up immediately. Restaurant staff very friendly. Cooked meal to order. Coffee very good.

Floor wasn't completely clean. A little sandy. Continental breakfast meager and cold.

Parking is tight, restaurant doesn't seem to have regular hours, bathrooms are very small, I was expecting a little more for the price, and I haven't received my incidentals fee back yet, it's been 10 days.

The only good thing about this place was the location. It was within walking distance to the beach and the little town area was nice with restaurants and shops.

The breakfast at the hotel was horrible. It was literally a soggy bagel and a few cookies and the coffee made everyone sick! We hung out at the bar the first night and noticed James the bartender was shady and seemed to be charging different from drink to drink and seemed to be putting money in his tip jar that should’ve gone into the register. There weren’t really any employees around and the lobby was just a walk up window. I liked the location but I won’t be returning to this hotel!

Great location

Arrived 6:15pm on Christmas Day, standing outside in the rain for 15-20 mins with no one in the office or answering the phone.

Clean, size of room, quiet, water on floor in front of elevator never cleaned up

Old 1950's facilities

The room was a good size and clean. Plenty of hot water and decent towels. The location was good for getting into Lauderdale by the Sea but could be quite noisy as on the busy main road.

The breakfast was very poor. Only given a plain bagel with butter, a very small muffin and a mini packet of2 small biscuits. This was already prepackaged on a paper plate. Juice, tea and coffee was available. Didn’t both with it the second day. A choice of cream cheese or preserves would have been good as we don’t eat butter and didn’t fancy a dry bagel.
