The property was in a good location about 20 minutes from downtown by car. The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was limited. Plastic cutlery and paper plates. Tables didn’t get cleaned very quickly.

It was close enough to Nashville to get an affordable rideshare car and to get to the airport quickly. The room was fresh and well stocked. The gal that worked the desk in the afternoon during checkin was very friendly and helpful!
The gal that worked the desk in the morning was less than friendly. She didn't smile or offer any kind of help or suggestions. Not even a greeting when you stepped up to the desk; she just looked at you waiting for you to speak. The toilet seat was so loose, I wasn't sure if it was going to slide all the way off (I did let them know at the desk so they could fix it). The noise in the room was awful! You could hear all the activity in the hallway clearly, and the airplanes flying overhead from the airport. That was the worst!

The location was perfect from where we needed to be. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back to visit again soon.
Really the only thing that I was disappointed in was that we couldn't check in any earlier. Normally anywhere we go has early check in, but it was completely understandable when staff let me know that they were sold out the night before and needed to get rooms clean, so it did not affect my view of the property in any way.

The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need. Plus, they offered a satisfying breakfast and a well-equipped gym for workouts.

Very nice employees. We had Neanderthals as neighbors one night and when I called to complain about the walls bouncing due to their bass and then again a few hours later because they were locked out and banging incessantly on their door, staff was polite and responded promptly to address the problems.
The internet on the third floor was awful. It didn’t work at all our first night. Worked intermittently the second and third. The TVs are all supposedly getting upgraded but as internet based TVs and terrible internet, I don’t see them working for future guests.

Cheap! Free breakfast that was actually pretty good!
Bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet was old and outdated, ripped and looked dirty. A/c unit was set to 66 as soon as we walked in and it never got below 70. Wasn’t a big deal for us because it was cold during our stay but in the summer months it would’ve never stayed cool.

Close to the airport which was good for my early morning flight. Comfortbel room. Good location if you have a car.
It was further away from the city then I realised and the shuttle service was not as frequent as I thought (you had to book it) which delayed my plans a little, uber/lyft was quicker and only a little bit more money then the shuttle.
The walls were thin so I could hear other guests having a loud gathering in their rooms late at night

Enjoyed the overall aesthetic. The room was large and roomy for the price point. The complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee were a nice addition.

the location of being near the airport and the fact the place was clean is all i can say nice about the place
the noise from the road and everyone in hall way. you can hear everything there was no sleeping. The beds are hard might as well lay on plywood. They are under construction for renovation which could be the reason of a chemical or glue smell. However it was very strong. I will not recommend or be back

No compensation for a bad experience or if you decide to leave early because of an emergency. My daughter was unwell and I had to leave early. Had booked for 2 night. I stayed the first night for 3 hours and then left. This hotel did not refund even the second night I did not stay for. Emergences happen and this should have been refunded but they took my money.

The rooms had a nice set up … kitchen area , and nice comfortable beds .
I didn’t like the room had so many lady bugs everywhere and I was told they had no more rooms available to accommodate me . I also didn’t like (hair ) being all over the pillow cases and all over the clean towels in the restroom

i like the location and staff. This was my 3rd time staying here and it was not as good as the past 2 times.
the bed sheets were scratchy. The A/C was so loud that I had to turn the TV up very loud to hear it. The room was not as clean as it should be. Leftover towel from the previous person. something sticky on the carpet. Base boards and the top of the shower was grimy.

Everything was fine but they did have a ladybug infestation. Had to remove the ladybugs from the room. Killed roughly 10-12 ladybugs in the room. Over heard other guests complaining about the ladybugs being in their rooms as well. Maybe due to climate change or the renovations taking place at the property

Didn’t like: Rooms need updated and are laid out strangely. Junior suite has weird sitting room which is a waste of space since the very small old and outdated tv is in bedrooms. Very outdated looking. Booking. Com do not mention this property is under construction when we booked it. No store to purchase needed toiletries or snacks only soda machines
Liked: The two men (both named Angel) were friendly, smiled,accommodating and helpful. These employees would be the reason I might consider coming back. The hotel itself wasn’t that great.

From Angel who worked the front desk to the comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff or stay was awesome. The breakfast was fresh hot and tasty. I just wish they could move the donut bend away from the waffle maker because it gets really crowded and it's hard to make you waffles or get your donuts. Other than that everything was great! Thank you to the staff. Well ran business

The welcome was good
The hotel was being refurbished, and there was drilling outside our room at 7am. Workmen walked past our window and the bed creaked.
They could have placed us away from the building work.
Staff were grumpy on checking out.

Super clean and pretty! The parking was spacious and it was like on top of a hill, so no worries about flooding and stuff. Room was very spacious and I was surprised by the little kitchen! Angel in the front really helped us out.
Construction was going on but didn’t bother us.
