3 days = 3 varieties of breakfasts. Pet friendly. Location was near a hospital, highway and businesses. But felt quiet and peaceful.
Winter quilts on the bed in July! Too much, but just the sheet was not enough.

The price. Breakfast was good.
It took 3 days for the staff to clean our room and change our towels. I chose this hotel because I was here when a family member delivered our granddaughter in 2017. The quality has gone considerably down. I just visited Fairfield Inn and Suites and they changed our room daily. It was so refreshing.

Location was excellent for our particular needs. Breakfasts were very good. Different every morning. The bed as very comfy. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
No dresser drawers to unpack into. The fan ran all the time. It could not be shut off on the temp control unit itself or on the thermostat.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and all facilities very clean. The breakfast was a nice surprise. I would stay here again and again when I am traveling to Lees Summit. Area is good, location to gas, food, highway and Starbucks is excellent.

Staff are excellent, room very clean, but hotel is worn (carpet, elevators, and walls) and the common areas as are mot inviting. Nevertheless, the staff are great and location & price are very fair.

Room was modern and clean.
Wanted 2 beds,got a for a king. Asked to change more than3 weeks before stayed, called property as well. When we arrived we had a king and property wouldn’t change our room. Breakfast sack lunch was horrible, apple was soft and bagel dry. Paid almost $500 for two night stay.😳😡
