The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was decent.
Elevator is pretty slow. Breakfast was ok, but nothing amazing.

That the pool wasn’t working and was told that it would be after a certain time time and that was a lie

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and easy to see they take pride in making the place really stand out among the other lodging options in Lee's Summit! Love the pool. Rooms large and clean and many channels to surf, giving more options to watch a decent show late at night. Breakfast a plus. Housekeeping was a late 20's beautiful Spanish girl. Very sweet and great at her job. Impressed with this place, especially after many disappointing stays in several other Lee's Summit hotels in the past. I have found a perfect spot for all my future visits.
Wish the pool was open later than 10 but most hotels close around that time. However, would be nice to swim after a long day spent with friends and family when visiting my hometown from Denver.

Location was great for me. Breakfast was good.
Condition of the room. Lamps unplugged when I entered. Drawers held closed with cardboard wedges. Blackout curtains torn. The cover for the fan control broken off. Wall damage thru out the building.

No internet or cable tv - booking.com said this hotel was pet friendly, that’s what I searched, it was not pet friendly and I had to pay additional fees for a pet sitter.

Bed was comfortable bathroom seem clean
No hot tub pool could have been cleaner no free water bottles fruit only apples where were the oranges and bananas? Needed a second chair in the bedroom suitcase holder

I love the jacuzzi tub, the swimming pool was dirty and needed shocking, the bed comfortable, fridge, microwave, a bar sink, very pleased with this hotel, price could of been a little expensive

good location near downtown lees summit
key for our door didn’t work, we had to try multiple times to even get into our room. The dresser drawers in our room kept opening for no reason. In general it didn’t feel all that clean in the room.

The coffee
The rooms weren't anything like the pictures showed. You had to go all the way to the third floor to find a vending machine. The TV channels wouldn't come in. The door to the room wouldn't lock right.

The breakfast, the service, the room with a jacuzzi,just a overall good place. We swam in the heated pool, perfect temperature

Breakfast and room were very nice.
Staff at the desk were outstanding and helpful.
A main reason for selecting Comfort Inn was because of the fitness center. But the treadmill was not operating, the main piece of equipment we needed. Very disappointing.
