I liked the prices and the room was very clean.

Bananas were brown. Yogurt machine didn't work. Coffee was good though. I liked the machine.

Booking.com gets an F in accurate information for hotel. I chose this hotel because it said we had a private pool and we had a hot tub inside room (based off photos) also, says "pets allowed" but was told MY CAT was not a pet. We live 30 miles from this place and nearly got turned away due to booking.com inaccuracy. We were charged $30 for our cat. Had the website been accurate, we would have chosen a closer hotel for what I desired. This was for my birthday. I did not enjoy my stay so thanks alot. Also, water from the shower goes everywhere in that handicap bathroom!!! Isn't that dangerous? My husband had to use all our towels to soak up the flood of water that flowed out of the bathroom! Slip hazard in a HANDICAP bathroom? ?

Accommodating staff- I had asked for a handicap room on the 1st floor for the space with our baby and stroller/other gear. The property had a handicapped guest stay longer than anticipated and asked if they could put us in a king suite instead, still on the 1st floor. That was fine with us, the only thing was it was a little noisy- right next to the fitness center and close to the front desk/lobby. But I appreciated being called ahead of time to check and the staff being friendly and helpful.

Some fixtures and furniture looked like they had seen better days and could use an update. But everything clean and comfortable enough.

The whirlpool tub in our room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't as clean as I'd have hoped.

Good breakfast with several hot items. Free parking. Quiet late at night, even though there was an interstate not far away. Indoor pool (that we did not use.)

Apparently it was pet friendly as in the evening and morning there were dogs barking in the hallway. They should have a policy that people with pets stay on the bottom floor and those without pets on upper floors.

It has a sense of remoteness being tucked away in its own little corner

The beds were a little stiff for my liking but I still have no complaints

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was great!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were all super friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
