Ants everywhere in the room….got in all of our food, asked to change rooms, only 2 kings left and we would have to book and pay for both compared to 1 room. Very unhappy

The staff were all very nice. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was quiet. It would have been nice if the lamps had usb plugs along with the electrical plugs. No complaints with our stay. We would stay there again.

The bathroom was not fully clean to start with. We stayed 4 days and could not get room service at all. Was told they only clean the room upon check out. Had to request towels and bedding as needed and clean the room myself. Breakfast sandwiches all had pork and only cow milk was available.

The sheets did NOT fit the bed!! Bed was a king but sheets were queen size. I called down to front desk & requested the correct size. They brought another set of Queen. I called down again and the employee said that was all they had.

We couldn’t connect to WIFI, there was no extra blankets pillows dirty laundry bags in room. When we pulled out the sofa couch there was dirty linen on it with food and hair, because it was late I had to go to the front get clean sheets and make the bed, I had nothing to disinfect the bed with. Here we are in a time of a pandemic and the room was dirty! We left the next morning to another hotel.
