Located very close to the purpose of my trip

The hotel was completely booked out, and the staff there, went out of their way to clean a room for me to stay in. I had been driving 12 hours and was exhausted. I don't think I could've made it another mile.

That booking.com let me check into 2 different hotel that were BOTH fully booked out with no vacancies

Très bien. Parking réservé devant notre chambre car nous avions choisi une chambre au rez de chaussée. On pouvait entrer directement dans la chambre sans passer par le lobby, bien appréciable car nous avions des valises lourdes. Accueil très apprécié à la réception.

Front desk staff was rude from the jump, room was horrible quality and really run down for $150 a night on Tuesday. There were people smoking crack at 5 am hanging out around the property.

While I waited at the front desk for check-in the cold Lemon water was so refreshing!!! Having a private entrance from my car was unexpected and convenient.. I do not remember having that luxury since motel experiences in the 1900's!!! Breakfast was hot and fresh!!! Evening cookies and popcorn made my day!!! Thanks for the extra perks!!!
