rooms are dated. no water refill stations or comp bottles of water in room. microwave in room did not work. no linen for sofa bed. pool closes at 6 pm which is ridiculous

I was not able to get new clean towels for the entire stay. I had to use the same ones. Very disappointed. Spent two days calling numerous numbers and never got clean towels. The hotel would not give me and said I had to speak with third party. No one cleaned my room either for three days. Horrible experience

Room was not cleaned at checkin.

Location was ideal and room had comfortable beds and bathroom was spacious. It was clean and reception desk staff were friendly. I like that we were able to walk from the Signature hotel to the MGM Grand without dealing with the weather.

The night bell hop was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The suite did not have separate rooms as expected when advertising a suite. It should label it as a large room. The reception desk should have enough staff during check in and not the 2 who are answering phones while many guests are arriving. We were there to watch a show but unfortunately, you have to walk through the smoke filled casino before arriving at the venue.

I like the convenience of the location to the strip and for rideshare

I didn’t like that the front desk was t able to help me, and I had to result to making a phone call for my services . Staff wasn’t too accommodating. Also, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The carpet need to be cleaned and wasn’t vacuumed. Under the bed and couch need to be vacuumed. The bathroom Fossetts were leaky and the drainage was extremely slow. I had to call up maintenance to unclog drains. Also the water temperature on the left sink was cold and not hot. I may not have read completely but I didn’t realize there were so many charges for different request as far as housekeeping. Upon my arrival, the bathroom had hair on the floor and dust and hair in the corners of the toilet facility.

The pool was OK, the situation calm.

We were for some years in "The signature", it was perfect. This time we got a suite in the "LSIResort", that means a private owner. The couch was so dirty, I couldn't sit on it, the lamp and the bed scratched as if there was a cat fight wine spots on the floor. The worst was the kitchenette, 2 paper cups was all we got for 5 days!! No plates, cups, forks or knives. So the cooking plates or microwave are useless. The trash from 5 days was standing in my room, no deposit place in the hotel, no collecting by the housekeeping. When I asked the hotel, they could not do anything, the owner is private, when I called LSI, they explained that it was because the Covid, If I pay extra they could bring some stuff or send the housekeeping!. The hotel is nice, the Resortroom was terrible!!

had to be moved. NO ONE at the facility was able to help me. for a BNB type place, there were no dishes or cookware. you provided 2 paper cups for a week long stay. it was too much money then to have to go and spend more money. I certainly will not be using this service and will instruct my affiliates the same way.
