Lage ist super, um Las Vegas zu Fuß zu erkunden. Betten waren sehr bequem und für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft ideal, um Las Vegas zu erkunden, vor allem als Familie. Ruhigere Lage und trotzdem gleich im Geschehen.

Küche nicht ganz sauber und bei uns hat das Besteck gefehlt. Da wir nur eine Nacht waren, haben wir uns so ausgeholfen und war nicht weiter schlimm. Boden sehr dreckig und man hat sofort schwarze Socken. Es ist alles sicherlich noch nicht sehr alt, aber es sieht alles schon etwas sehr benutzt aus. Aber das ist sicherlich mehr den Gästen, die in Las Vegas sind, geschuldet.

La proximité de la Strip

Ideal location next to the Vegas sphere. Easy walking distance and minimizes time stuck in the crowd.

Unreliable utilities. Water was repeatedly shut off to the entire property. Poor communication from on site management about the water issue.

The room was wonderful. The bathrooms, beds and kitchen areas were clean and well maintained.

Onsite dining option could have been a little bit better.

Location was amazing as I was going to The Sphere for the U2 concert. Getting on and off main roads was a breeze. Having pool really close to my room was very nice (5 pools on the property is a huge plus). Bar/Grill was really clean and staff was amazing! Bar/Grill menu was really good (I only had breakfast, but was everything was great)! Room was more than expected, bathtub was HUGE. Price was great for mid-week. Overall a 10 out of 10. Will book here again for sure!!

This is small but… the electrical plugs were “loose” and had a hard time keeping the phone charger or cpap plugged in.

We've Stayed many times and would stay again, The location is great, the villas have everything you need. The staff are very helpful.

The villa's need a little updating, our pool was closed / under construction which is great but it would have been nice to have been informed prior yo going. A little more attention to detail needed when cleaning the villa's. A later check out would be better due to flight times.

No me gusto la poca predisposicion del personal para resolver el tema de la devolucion del deposito de garantia de 250 usd que abone al momento del check in y que todavia no devuelven. Hace un mes de la finalizacion de mi estadia y todavia no obtengo respuestas. Dan vueltas para no devolverlo. Recomendacion, paguenlo en efectivio y no se muevan del hotel hasta que se los devuelvan en el check out. Tambien soliciten un recibo por este pago. Una estafa!

Claude, the receptionist went out of her way to locate us away from the Formula 1 night roadworks that were going on - although everyone seemed surprised about how close it was to the property. The cafe/restaurant for breakfast and other meals is very good and the staff are excellent. Useful shop on the premises. Excellent kitchen utilities and services.

The checking in process is strangely split into 2 processes. The 1st is as you would expect but the 2nd bizarrely directed us to a desk across the lobby where we received a carefully managed and pushy invitation to attend a 1 to 1 'consultation' with a Company timeshare rep...this appeared to be the only way to get our key!There were all sorts of incentivises to give up 90 mins of our valuable time and we luckily declined at the "$30 each to take part" moment. Not impressed. We didn't come on holiday to have our financial affairs discussed with a stranger.

Breakfast was stated as included for 4 in plain black and white. We turn up and it's a $30 voucher per day which is enough for 1.5 people. Showed hotel the booking print out but to no use. Felt utterly conned and am fighting this scammy mistreatment.

עבודות ושיפוצים שהכירו אותנו ביומיים האחרונים. קיבלנו פיצוי של סכום כסף זניח. ממש הפריע וחבל שכל.

Good location.Spacious apartment with two bathrooms and accessible outdoor pool. . Easy parking and safe with good security overall.

Outdated decor and bathrooms. Main bathroom open plan with bedroom so not a lot of privacy. Poor TV connectivity and no smart TV with internet access . No lift so one has to carry suitcases up flight of stairs which is not for everyone . Floors needed cleaning!

La situation géographique était plutôt bonne. Et plusieurs piscines

Le personnel, non souriant, non accueillant, ne donne pas les infos si on ne les demandes pas nous meme. Booking indiquait petit déjeuner inclus dans ma réservation, or c’est un système de cagnotte : 60$ pour 5 personnes pour 2 hours, sachant que l’assiette la moins cher est de 13$ sur leur carte. Mais utilisable dans le supermarché dans l’hôtel ça c’est un bon point.

It was a spacious place. The pools and restaurants were nice . Big bathrooms and comfortable beds.

It took a while to check in . Maybe 20 mins or so.

Close to the strip. Good pool area. Apartment was well equipped.

Seems generally worn. Staff was friendly, but there seems to be too much focus on upselling. I don’t want a daily call where someone tries to sell me something. Discounts and discount vouchers are hard to understand, as their seems to be an attached condition to let someone try to sell you even more to get the so-called vouchers and discounts.

There were two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was close to the strip and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small convenience store on the premises

They tried to sell us time share units and it was disguised as some free vouchers and free dinner in a fancy restaurant. Although it is close to the strip there is still some walk and with temperatures above 110 degrees maybe a free shuttle would be nice
