Location was great for restaurants near by. Easy access to get to by the highway. There are 2 pools.

Remote needed new batteries. The door to get into your room you have to slam it otherwise the door would not shut. Handle going to the bathroom was almost fallen off. Toilet paper holder in bathroom was super lose. I called the front desk as soon as I noticed these things and told her since I didn't want to be charged a $100 fee. She told me maintenence would come in the morning and look at those things.

I'm quite upset I booked a hotel to have comfort and silence and the whole hotel is full of people from outside I wanted to enjoy the pool and they have a party and it's super crowded and dirty I went to wash clothes and the washing machine doesn't work in all the corridors there is noise the elevator does not serve only one and the wait is almost 5 minutes the lobby has a convention of something and everything full of people at the reception they did not even give us I training everything I have to ask I will never return to this hotel!
