Great facilities, nice big rooms with excellent showers, work station, coffee and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear any motorway noise. Staff were lovely and bar onsite was nice for a nightcap.

Having a couple plates and cutlery would have been handy.

I didn’t have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. Because my travel plans changed at the last minute I had two reservations, 1 for Dec 4, and another for Dec 5-6. I was concerned when I checked in because the front desk could not find the two day reservation. However, it was resolved overnight and they arranged it so that I could stay in the same room. Good service.

I liked the location of the hotel and that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the size of the room and cleanliness.

The sofa bed was a twin, too small for an adult. The room had a mold smell.

The stated continental breakfast that was list on website. Was not included in our stay. Was told by management of the property that continental breakfast was only for large groups. That we would have to pay for it. I have stay many times at different Marriott hotels. Continental breakfast as stated on website is always included with stay. My kids where very disappointed.

Upon arrival nobody was at the front desk. Had to wait 15 minutes. I originally requested a room on the first floor. Due to my mobility issues. Was given a room on the 4th floor. My room was supposed to be a king suit with a pull out sofa bed. The allegedly pull out sofa bed was a chair with a twin mattress. Which wasnot shown on website. It could not accommodate my 2 children. When speaking to the front desk they stated that chair is the pull out couch.. I explained and showed on website that was not shown in the room pictures when selecting the room I did. It showed an actual couch. Not a chair. Other was I would have made another selection. Also the king suit with a pull out couch is always the room I select when staying at any Marriott. Because I have children. So I know what it actually Intels. The desk employee told me that he had no other rooms available and that I could cancel my reservation but would loose my whole paid reservation. This is beyond acceptable. It was only then another guest behind me heard the conversation and offer to switch rooms with me. So that my young children would have somewhere to sleep. The kindness of this stranger was more courteousness than any exchangment between the Marriott employees at this property. Front desk made the switch of the rooms. I notify the assistant manager the next morning. He stated it

I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff has messed up my reservation. I even called the day before to confirm everything. Both times I did not get the room I reserved and there was no communication from the staff prior to my stay of any issues. They made no effort to remedy their mistake either.
