Comfy, good breakfast, nice room, good location.

Staff was nice but constantly on there phones, probably wouldn't know if you came or went by them.

The bed was comfortable , the shower had endless hot water, and one street over is a nice walking trail.

the first room I received looked like someone had occupied it prior to my arrival, hair in the sheets, and the first room I was given had a shower current no a shower door. The breakfast was okay but what I don’t understand is why put cereal out if you aren’t also going to provide the milk.

The traffic noise is constant but I was able to sleep through it. Breakfast area was small with a large man coughing with no manners.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the accommodations to all staff that were available. Finally connected with the manager, who stayed she had to have the room "inspected" for bugs/eggs and didn't want to accept the photos I had taken of the pests in my room during my stay. She stated, "if there are bugs, then there are eggs. I'll wait for the inspectors report and reimburse you based in the report. Call back on Tuesday". I phoned Tuesday, she stated no report yet, but should have it Wednesday and she would call with an update. It's now Thursday, no phone call or reimbursement. They also had paint containers next to the kitchenette area due to painting on the premises while occupied with guests.

The bed was nice and the shower.

The bathroom did not have a door, the closet was full with parts of a desk (I couldn't use it), and the fridge was not working. My food got wasted since it was not working. The shade for the window did not have any other cover so I could have sunlight in my room without someone looking inside my room (my room view was the parking lot)

It was in a great location near where I needed to be and the staff was amazing
