It was good! Location was perfect!

The hot tub was not hot at all. The workout equipment didn’t have power to all equipment.

Very spacious rooms that were clean and everything worked. I also loved the coffee maker and nice size television. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

The continental breakfast food was not to my liking. The little sausages were undercooked one morning and the bacon was way undercooked the 2nd morning. The bagels, juice and waffle makers were all excellent.

The Spacious Room and the availability of space for other events like birthdays parties and gym, etc.

Breakfast was very horrible as it is a repetition

Nothing, I usually choose to stay at Comfort Suites, but this stay and my last one where terrible. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Check in was slow, she wasn’t sure what to do when I asked to change my room to double beds. The smells! Uhg! Strong “air freshener” chemicals smell in the lobby area. The elevator stank and so did the hallways. There was a yappy dog in the room next to us. We could hear it barking all day. Our room felt grimy. Not clean and again, The smell was not fresh. The floors were dirty, wearing socks they turned black. My son found a roach in his room and I saw one crawling on the wall. There were brown staying on the side of the mattresse and on the sheets. We have pictures to document it. It was so bad!! If we hadn’t had a whole group of young people, we might have tried to go somewhere else. Breakfast the typical Comfort Suites fare, but the strong “air freshener” was hard to stomach. The parking lot at night felt sketchy.

It’s right off the highway . Jacuzzi was decent . Double waffle maker pretty convenient . Size and layout of room was appealing but could’ve been more aesthetically pleasing . Bed was comfortable . Heating/cooling effective . Not a bad deal price wise .

There’s no where to park most nights and you can’t even use your room key on the side doors when you do have to park far away from the main doors . We were randomly bothered about smoking and neither of us even smoke . A manager interrupted our night without reasonable explanation to check our room just to end up feeling sheepish bc no smoke detectors went off and no rooms near ours even smelled like smoke . Not sure what that was really about . The same night the room above us was very loud bumping . There were no towels in the pool area . The eggs for the continental breakfast were soggy and distasteful every other day and there should’ve been more options like potatoes or pancakes bc extended stay people don’t want to eat the same thing every single day . The floors could’ve been cleaner as there was vomit in the hall for days and they weren’t thorough with the baseboards or corners in the room . The elevators were slow as all get out .
