I did not get the opportunity to visit the property because of the weather, but my brother who was paying for me to stay at the property was charged for the room anyway?

We love the property when we visit, but at that time we did not get the chance to visit.

Spacious and clean in side. Cookies were delicious.

Pricey. And would have liked the restaurant to have had more veggie/vegan friendly options. In addition, the hotel allowed smoking right by the front door so I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in and out. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff the man merely stated well this hotel allows smoking in front . Its wasn’t an acceptable answer. Because that creates such an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Location is great. Staff is excellent..very friendly and top notch customer service. Room is large, clean and very comfortable. Restaurant serves delicious options.

I love that the property had a lake behind it. It was so peaceful to walk around it and just sit at the tables and enjoy the quiet.

The beds weren’t that comfortable. They were really firm with no give. Aside from that not a deal breaker.

I loved being greater with warm smiles and yummy cookies. Having so much to do for the family, such as swimming in the pool, peddle boating on the lake, basketball and tennis.

lobby , open to above too noisy to sleep,was as a private party spilled out. Entire hotel smelled like weed for my two days. Electrical outlets were either not working or the plugs fell out. Asked housekeeping to clean room after day one of a two day stay. They said yes, but didn’t do it. I wont be back.

Wonderful Hotel in a wonderful central location in Southern Durham. Only 10 minutes to RDU, 25 from Downtown Raleigh and close to Duke and UNC. I felt as if everything was very close. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless and immaculate. Great customer service and an overall great vibe. Every time I am in the Triangle, I am staying here for sure!

The remote in the living room wasn't working and nobody was able to get me a replacement. Honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.
