Staff, room, beds, bathroom, breakfast was amazing!

The carpets in the room of you walked barefoot felt sticky and dirty.

big room size , clean and quiet. big parking.

The location was super quiet and there was ample parking. We were moving our kid to college at USA so the proximity to campus was outstanding. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel. The breakfast was fine and included waffles (my favorite), assorted pastries, eggs, and other expected items.

We didn't like the seasoning on the potatoes. Our daughter burned her hand with the boiling water that came out of the faucets in the bathroom. We are all adults so we knew to check the temperature before getting in the shower, but if it had been a young kid, they could have been severely hurt. While we appreciate a soothing hot shower, this was too hot.

The staff was excellent. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport by Robert (awesome guy), and were prepared to hangout by the pool until check-in. Thirty minutes after we arrived (11 am) the front desk staff was able to get us in a room! When we got ready for bed we realized a beloved stuffed animal was missing. We asked the front desk if one had been turned in, but no luck. About 30 minutes later when the van returned from a run, the evening driver knocked on our door with stuffed animal in hand!!!! The breakfast was tasty and hot. The hotel was nice and clean, but the people who work there made the stay exceptional.
