IT was close to our desired destination. Great that it had a pool. Beds were not too bad. Pillows were comfortable. Had fridge and microwave in room. The inside of the rooms looked better than outside. Breakfast was simple and ok for a quick bite.

Our room was hot. Floors were dirty. Room didn’t have an operable remote. Had to wait 15 minutes for a specific employee to unlock pool gate as it was stuck. No pool towels in room. Had to get from guest services that had only 4 for the whole hotel. The outside appearance is a bit off looking. There were 5 cockroaches killed in our room in disgust. Elevator got stuck several times at opening or going down or up. Not fully controllable to hotel maybe, but someone was smoking non-stop close to our room and ventilation kept sucking the smell into our room and stinking it up. Thought it’d be better for the price.

the room wasn’t ready until 5 (beware they’re short staffed), bugs in the bathroom (make sure to close window), can’t connect device to tv, room had a strong Vicks like smell…it’s so/so

It was 12 hrs driving and all we want is to rest and it took 1 hrs to check in🤬
