Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had great variety. Rooms were awesome and beds were comfortable.

We were going to the races at Keeneland and the location was great for easy access. The breakfast was varied and laid out well, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
First of all, the regular price tripled because of the race days. One reason we selected this hotel is that they would provide a free suttle to the horse race at Keeneland. We got there fine, but had to wait an hour and a half for pickup when the place and time were well known to the shuttle driver. We and other guests (it was for all Marriot hotels) called several times. The second day of the races we just drove our car.

Room was not made up on daily basis.
Website advertised a relaxing hot tub. This was a factor in our making the reservation at this hotel and the value the rate delivered. There was no hot tub. Front desk advised it had been removed 5-6 years ago.
There was no hot breakfast. Merely packaged rolls, some fruit, yogurt, and microwave sandwiches. Very disappointing selection.
Marriott needs to improve its delivery of advertised amenities and create more value for a rate of $150/night.
