Staff was the best, super friendly & attentive. I liked the location as far as being surrounded by restaurants, movies, stores & other cool things to check out. The room was clean & spacious & had everything we needed.

Noise. The planes flying overhead cannot be controlled.. but the AC unit was loud, even on fan mode. I liked the "quiet hours" which helped a lot with guest noise. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger & the hair dryer is due for a thorough cleaning.

Very clean and inviting. Great location for the things we wanted to do in the area.

One of the lock on one of the gates leading to the pool wasn’t working and nobody’s room card could open it.

The room we stayed in had old furniture and it was dirty under the couch like they don’t clean under it. Dust bunnies on the appliances.

This property has many things going for it. Location, outdoor facilities (putting green, pool,spa) rooms are clean and ours was spacious. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was delicious!!! The staff were kind and helpful, very welcome space. Everything was set up for easy travel to pool and lobby. 24h staff available.

The pool was very dirty.....it accumulated into a foggy funk by our 4th night, I let my son swim the first 2 days and he then had diarrhea, and a high fever by the evening of day 3. Day he was back to normal with heavy fluids and ibuprofen on the dot. I believe it was the pool water. If the pool were clean I'd give 5 stars!! Thank you

Breakfast was good. Little odd to have tacos in the morning, but it was delicious. I thought the bed would be a killer to my back due to how soft it is, but I slept like a baby and for thefirst time in awhile, I felt rested.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The property was clean and modern and the air conditioning in the room was wonderful in record breaking heat. I appreciated the free breakfast and availability of snacks and drinks for purchase and the mini fridge and microwave and check out was noon which was wonderful. I didn't use the pool or mini golf so cannot speak to those extras. I would gladly stay here again and at less than 100$/night, it is a value to me and an excellent price for how clean, modern, and comfortable the property is.

Great location. Close to the airport and some good restaurants as well as shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and polite and went above and beyond! Pet friendly!!

The bed was not comfortable. the bedsheets and blankets were old and irritating Not comfortable sleeping experience Also, there is no complimentary water in the room. I have been traveling all day and coming to the room there is no water to quench my thirst. I went down to the reception and was told to buy water at almost $4. A hotel in a place like AZ in the summer should definitely have water available in the room. it’s a matter of safety.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got a flat and the receptionist David even helped me change it. He was so kind and helpful. The room was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and I slept so well. I highly recommend this location.

The thing I didn’t like was that we only stayed one night. I wish we would have planned to stay longer!

The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of variety for different diets/food preferences. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Overall the hotel is peaceful and clean. My kids loved it and want to go back again soon!

The only complaint is cockroaches in the pool area at night. I will say I didn't see bugs anywhere else in the hotel, and only a few randomly outside. It is early summer so bugs are starting to come out again. We did switch to daytime swimming instead and my kids were happy!

The breakfast actually had bacon and eggs! You usually don't get that with a continental breakfast and most other places it was nice to see. The staff was extra nice Checking and that check out and every time in between. Thanks

The stay at the hotel was great. The people were great. The location was exactly where we needed to be. I even got to do some long needed fishing and a nearby city park. The price on the most basic room Without a kitchenette Could've been Little cheaper Other than that it was great
