Location and breakfast

the A/C unit was loud and rattled every time it came on for about 10 minutes.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing upon arrival into our room and they sent someone right up to fix it.

The facilities are a bit dated and could use a renovation, especially the elevator. Elevator is jumpy and doesn't feel safe. Rooms are bland and have no decor.

Beds were comfortable it was a clean room breakfast was good employees were nice

No hot water so we took a cold shower Crib brought to room was not clean

There was no reservation after booking.com gave us a pass code and a confirmation number. It was a long drive just to get disappointed with the service

The room was quite spacious and clean along with the bathroom. The breakfast was okay the basics you would expect both hot and cold food, the cereals and yogurts were good. We were on route from Atlanta and used the hotel as a first night stop over excellent location for our needs as being close to the interstate

The shower curtain rail had not been fixed properly therefore resulting in the curtain itself not closing correctly. The hot food at breakfast was not good especially the eggs. Air conditioner in the room was very noisy had to turn off at night

i love the location! Its right off the interstate and close to great stores for shopping and different restaurants.
