No breakfast available

The staff! The rooms were nice and comfy beds. Breakfast was cafeteria and ok, but the sweetest servers! Would have loved a gluten free option with all those bread type offerings.

The windows were too dirty to see clearly out. The space between chairs caused people to bump into you passing by at breakfast. Too tight.

Asked for king bed / handicap when reserved months in advance walked into room two queens 🥵 called was told could checkin at 3 arrived at 2;45 did not get room until almost 5 , saw other handicap people walk up was given a key immediately while I sat for 2 hours . Had 2 different reservations for Friday and Saturday night, told me to come Saturday morning check out and checkin for Saturday night which I did at 10;30 am , went to room and card would not work called and they told me they forgot to give card come down and get . I was on 5th floor handicap I said no you bring me one . Guy was rude never apologized. I was given a free drink coupon for not getting king size bed whoooo !! Our classmates had issues to next reunion we will go elsewhere, very disappointed

The property was in a good location. Everything was gods. The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean!

We were supposed to have breakfast included and were told twice it was not included. On the last morning a clerk told us we should have had the breakfast vouchers. We also thought we would have a continental breakfast on our floor but it was not available. For the price of the room over the Baylor graduation weekend, this should not have happened.

Room was kind of small, tv need to be updated with smart technology. For the price I was expecting more!
