The bed has a nylon thing that is uncomfortable. The room was clean, and the towels as well. I would just change the nylon thing on the bed.

I had impression that the room was clean. Also the room was big enough for a confortable stay. And the lady of the office was a nice person.

We had to pay by cash because the card terminal did’t support cards of other counties, also they don’t accept American Express…

My room #26 had no coffee maker. My friends room #25 did have one.

The guy waited up for me when I arrived very late. But that's part of their job. Off the street and quiet. Secluded. It was fine.

Was described as "like a house" but just a bare bones room. Could not figure out how to turn on TV at first. Instructions would be great! Expensive for what it was.

The property was not too far from the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Very clean and the staff were very patient and observant about cleanliness.

Everything was great. Sometimes parking gets taken up quickly because people have more than one vehicle but otherwise very great and convenient. Very safe for vehicles to park overnight.

The room was very clean and the price was good considering.

The television was off to an angle, so watching from bed was less comfortable, and the desk chair wasn't a good option. The local homeless population makes walking around the neighborhood unpleasant, though this is beyond the hotel's control, guests should be aware of this concern.

Very clean rooms. All clean linens. I requested a shower chair it was placed in the shower when I arrived very good bathrooms for the seniors and disabled people every thing parking pool office very close to each other. Staff is excellent!
