Su ubicación tan próxima al transporte público y del río, lo que permitía la movilidad y las vistas de Manhattan. La mininevera de la habitación permite guardar bebida y enfriarla de verdad, no como la mayoría de minibares de otros hoteles que te los encuentras llenos y solo mantienen ligeramente el frío de lo que hay dentro. Tener gimnasio, piscina y jacuzzi era un plus para seguir con tu rutina de fuerza y relajarse después de un día de turismo.

No hay servicio de comidas como restaurante o bufette, solamente en la barra del bar y en un pequeño mostrador con algunos alimentos envasados: eso sí, hay microondas para uso por la clientela. Te cobran la totalidad de la estancia al hacer el check in, no cuando esta termina.

Great location. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Laundry was a bonus when into a lengthy holiday.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, really bad mattress. The walls of the room are really thin, you can hear the other rooms and people passing the corridor all the time. Our door had an issue with the lock.

the hotel seems old and honestly I expected more from the Hotel brand and the price.

Location , Big room, staff, clean ,all great! Had the Mall on the next street, Target, just down the road. opposite side had the beautiful NYC skyline. directly next door the PATH station to ride into the city.

The room is relatively more spacious than hotels in the nearby region. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. It utilizes a third-party parking building right next to the hotel building itself, so parking is convenient and safe. As the hotel customer, I got unlimited in-and-out pass charged on per night basis. I like it. It is also only several steps to the Hudson river- and the neighborhood is very walkable with Starbucks and Duane Reade.

I believe the room can be a little bit cleaner, especially the large sofa in our king-bed room. I am not sure if that sofa is carefully cleaned. The rest of the room looks tidy.

Very clean place, staff was great and ver professional. All needs/requests met. Would definitely stay here again without question. Local food recommendations from staff were also amazing. Hotel itself is a tad dated but that didn’t affect any part of our stay whatsoever.

No breakfast option

The location is excellent, the only issue we are family of 5 and could not get a suite for the amount of money we paid, also when I booked online it showed that breakfast is included but the staff at the hotel told me that there is no breakfast

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to shops and transport and felt safe moving around.

It would have been good to have access to free water as the temperature outside was so hot and after a long day sightseeing, we were very dehydrated and then had to pay for water.

The Gym facilities and Swimming pool. Bonus was the location of the hotel.

Really nice area with good restaurants in walking distance and a train station into manhattan a minutes walk from the front door.

Location, mall and path train to manhattan very nearby. Spacious room, well maintained and equipped. Guest laundry, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Parking. You really didn’t have parking - you had access to public parking that cost $30/day. That was not clear when reservation was made online.
