Location

The parking issue we had created a tremendous amount of stress for my wife. I shared that we rented the location to be close for my wife to deal with a sick family member. And the parking inconvenience added a lot of stress to someone already dealing with a stressful situation. We reached out to you for options and got none. Very disappointing to us.

The pictures look nice

When we moved in on 11/24 there was nothing in the apartment. No furniture or appliances. The company told us they are out of rooms and made us go to another property in 425 washington blvd. Wehad to travel with our luggage in the freezing cold weather. when we get there the room was not prepared and we waited for one hour and a half for them to make the room keys for us. The company told us we could stay at the new location if we are comfortable with that but they made us leave the next morning telling us the room is booked and we have to move back to the original location. We had to leave 11 am in the morning and the check in time they told us is 4pm. We had no where to go or to leave our luggage. This is utterly ridiculous and we just had our worst experience with booking especially it is Thanksgiving. We arrived at the original apartment building 4pm on 11/25 when your representatives promised to have the keys ready at the front desk but when we get there nothing was waiting for us. We stayed at the front desk till 5:30pm and no keys were there. We are so offended by all these inconvenience and how poorly we’ve been treated. We do not wish this horrible experience happen to any one.

Excellent location, close to PATH and shops/restaurants. Very nice view from apartment. Apartment was spacious and quite well equipped. It was only a short walk to waterside for fantastic views of Manhattan.

Dining room table was very small, not big enough to accomodate 5 people

I like everything.

I didn't like the no parking aspect. You're forced to use valet, not expensive, it's just you dont have a choice.
