Basically everything, free parking and the room was both spacious, and very comfortable

Wish the Holland Tunnel would be open after 11pm nightly, made returning from Madison Square Garden very challenging with the traffic.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave us very good directions. The room was clean and very nice.

Good location, excellent parking and breakfast included. You could take Uber to ferry for $10 to go to NYC..Rooms were great, good space for the value.happy they changed our room to a bottom floor with the baby stroller, that was very accommodating for us. Excellent customer service

I can only vote for cleanliness on this hotel . The room and common areas pretty clean.

I stayed on this hotel back in 2014 . The experience was incredible , since the first day of the check in till the last day of my stay for 10 days. I came back on October of 2022. The cleanliness was good as the last time. However, the management of this hotel did change 360°. Every single morning was a nightmare to have to go downstairs to just pickup for some coffees. The person in charge of the kitchen area for cleaning and restocking was not collaborative at all. That person was acting all the time like if we were stealing of doing something wrong. We couldn't touch or grab a pastry without having his direct look on us like we were thieves or worse. This was EVERY MORNING and unbelievable. We didn't even want to grab a coffee due that man was every morning doing the same. I understand that tidyness and cleanliness is top for this hotel but you are forgetting accountability with the guests ! If you are going to start doing that then start putting back the coffee makers in each room and then we save this chit show. .. sorry but not sorry , I would had preferred spend more money but stayed in some where else.
