Good breakfast choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Carrabba’s a few feet away so we didn’t have to go far for a quick dinner.
Location a little tucked away with 3 others and we had a stale odor in our bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent. Full breakfast, not continental. Staff was very gracious. I would certainly stay at a Marriott Courtyard again!
The bathroom could have had two sinks instead of one. Makes it hard for a husband and wife to share one sink with all of your toiletries!

Accessible to Interstate Highway and downtown. The breakfast food was better than expected and the service was great.
Having a room on the first floor. Mattress was a bit hard. The walls were thin as we could hear the people in adjacent rooms.

Location was great! Walked across parking lot to Carrabba's! Amenities on sight were awesome. Lounge and Starbucks coffee. Room had great water pressure, cozy bed and nice TV options!

We were so impressed with our stay! The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and staffed by such friendly employees. The pool was clean, bright, and handicap accessible. It was also lovely to have a cocktail at the bar, the old fashioned was a real treat!
Breakfast was delicious as well, and I appreciated the inclusion of alternatives to dairy for my morning coffee (oat, almond, and soy were available)

How clean it was and location.
The fact that we had a barking dog next to us. I love animals and I am NOT opposed to having animals but owners shouldn’t leave them alone so they are able to keep them quiet and all pet’s should be in the same part of the hotel as to not bother others who don’t.

It was back away from the main road. We really liked the quietness.
Would liked to of had 2 chairs in the room.Because there was 2 of in the room . But other than that it was a great experience.😊

Location was good and quiet. Breakfast was cooked to order. The staff were polite and accommodating.
The room was fine.
However, the majority of the electrical outlets need to be replaced. The were very loose. When you plugged anything in (hair dryer, electric toothbrush, etc.) it just sagged until it fell out.
When I went to use the iron, the “on” light came on put it wouldn’t heat. I tried all the electric outlets. It was replaced promptly.
The area underneath the lower shower shelf was dirty.

convenient location, within minutes of everything we wanted to do. quiet location. food across the parking lot at carabas. bar in the welcome area. everything was very clean.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful they answered all my questions for me and my check-in was quick and easy. They are pet friendly
What I do not like is that it is a pet friendly facility but it requires an additional hundred dollars for a deposit that you do not get back and booking does not tell you that until you arrive at the hotel.

I like the patio are, where I could read my book while enjoying being outside. It is lovely and nicely-kept.

Our room was supposed to be ready by 4pm and it wasn’t and I went back to check again and the guy asked if I was ok with a 3rd floor room.. I said it didn’t matter we just needed to check in before our concert and grab a nap beforehand. Suddenly he’s like oh then we have a room ready… really aggravated me because my daughter has a heart condition and I needed down time to rest my injured neck before our venue. Exactly why I was ok with a 4pm check in … that was frustrating.

Every morning we were greeted by the kindest staff and the nicest smiles. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect. Temp, cleanliness, privacy (we were the only ones using it each day). The complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash that were stationary in the shower was such a nice touch. Thank you.
There needs to be someone that patrols the lot. We got home one night to a group of men visibly impaired and urinating on the lot right next to the side door that we used as an entrance. Did not feel very safe that particular moment.
