super friendly staff, very clean and well appointed room. the free breakfast was an actual full breakfast with ample choices. Pool was nice and quiet and clean. great place to stay.

This property is conveniently located to both Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. There are not a lot of great options or prices for accommodations in this area, so this hotel is slightly higher on the chain than some of the others. The front desk service was perfectly fine and prompt
First I thought I was paying less with taxes but when I went to check out it was $20 more. The room was a suite, so roomy, the couch had what looked like a leaky pen stain. The rugs throughout the facility should probably be changed. The breakfast is a step below some of the other chains like Hampton Inn further down the street closer to beach.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled out of this world. I just wanted to stay there for the smell!
My room key card kept deactivating and that was a bother. And the elevators were out of service on the day we checked out. Had to bring everything down the stairs.

My toddler got sick and Natalie that run the front desk came to the room with clean bed linens and asked if we needed to call 911 or needed anything or help she was very concerned and showed great empathy. The whole staff was excellent towards during our stay and we throughly enjoyed your hotel

Breakfast was ok, but didn't seem to have as much variety as when we stayed during COVID when everything was pre-pacjaged/grab-and-go.

Fire alarm made us stand in the cold night for 2 hours. No fire just alarm. Staff could not stop alarm.

The facility was nice and spacious and the rooms were exceptional and spacious. Breakfast options were limited bc of covid.
I was very frustrated with the sprinkler system Friday and the inconvenience that it caused. I was on the 2nd floor and our smoke alarms in the room were going off for at least an hr after the fire alarms stopped going off bc the sprinkler system malfunctioned. I spoke to a woman at the front desk and she told me they wouldnt do anything for us because if it were a real emergency eveeything worked just fine. I know it's not normal for one floor to have smoke detectors going off for an hr after the fire dept leaves. Needless to say we checked out after the first night of our 2 night stay and went elsewhere Saturday night. I want some sort of compensation for this inconvenience as it was a whole floor and I didn't sleep at all that night afterwards.

Some of the breakfast was good and some wasn't. Everyone was very nice. Overall a very good experience
Only issues we had was the TV and the room door. They switched out TV. The room door was difficult to open at times

We loved the indoor pool, location, staff, and cleanliness of the overall property.
We didn’t like that they didn’t vacuum our room on housekeeping day.
