Very disappointed that the pool was not open it was not mentioned on website that the pool was closed.

No electricity on arrival. Wasn’t restored until 8:00PM that night. A/ C unit in room broke down around midnight my last night. It was noisy during my entire stay unit it broke down. No fire sprinkler system. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Breakfast was ok.

Staff was good and rooms. They should have a stricter rule regarding smoking. I didn’t like someone was smoking marijuana on the six floor. When there is a smoke section down stairs in the back.

The staff was accommodating as someone was always at the front desk. Each and every question was answered politely. The facility was a little bit dated, but that reflects the value it costs. The breakfast options were more than expected.

The entire facility was not the cleanliness, but that reflects in the costs.

The room smelled musty. It would be nice if carpet was replaced with a hard surface. Breakfast was just ok…typical white flour and sugar products… not healthy… bad coffee.

Internet was terrible Staff told me it was my computer issue and it would work better in the lobby. I asked other people and they had connection issues as well. I stayed at many hotels and never had issues, and the response of staff is not appropriate

I would absolutely stay here. The staff was exceptionally friendly when checking in, and very helpful with local attractions.

The breakfast was okay. Not much to choose from. The lady at the front desk that worked first shift was pathetic. She told us that we could not check in early And she stated she had no idea and the cleaning staff is has so many rooms to clean. And there were still people in their rooms that needed to check out. We went to the property at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Check out time is 11 o’clock. So why did they not get them out so others could get into their room? But The lady that worked second shift at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She helped so much and answered every question we had. She actually tried to have conversation and knew exactly how to do her job.

Communication with hotel was a bad experience. Phone number in confirmation E-Mail was incorrect. Phone number available online disconnected automatically once I chose the option 'front desk'. Lady responsible for booking (the other option) was not able to note down my late arrival in the system (since I had to sleep on the floor one time at another Comfort Inn as they had overbooked, I ALWAYS call to confirm late arrival)

Needs maintenance and updating. Bathroom door would not close and hinges were loose from wall. Bathroom vent fan cover was caked with dust. Furniture showing wear....needs renovating.

PAID 190 for 1 night for a room where the coffee maker lives in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were helpful in making recommendations for places to eat. Before leaving, they asked us how our night out at Ibiza was.

The shower seemed to be a bit clogged. It kind of took a while for the water running from the shower head to go down the drain. Also, the toilet seemed to have a weak flush.
