Everything was great especially staff

The bathroom had long pieces on hair on it the toilet was not clean stains on the sheets….just disgusting

Floors were dirty, no hairdryer or toilet paper. Broken toilet seat and cabinets. Hardly any dishes, one pan no pots. The ice trays were dirty. TV was the smallest I've ever seen. Sheets were ripped, the lamp was broken and no light bulb.No outside chairs.

The staff gave us everything we needed.

I paid for connecting rooms and they weren't they we're actually spaced out . We only had 2 small pillows for each bed. Our feet were black from walking on the floor.

Have stayed here before and accomodations were good and location was good

This trip was terrible.. Room was nasty.. lights didnt work, TV remote did not control TV so couldnt watch TV… smell of “pot” while going up stairs to room, very loud crowd ALL NIGHT… Dogs in nearby room barking constantly… the pol smoking pot were literally next to me and you could smell it inside my room… tried calling front desk about everything once I arrived but they close at night so couldn’t get anybody.. it was just terrible experience… i have pictures of the nasty room

Dirty, noisy and strange people doing things. Pool closed till Labor Day. Overcharged me and having trouble getting my refund.

we stayed here for our honeymoon,six years ago. it was amazing!

it has gone so downhill since, just like the owners are doing bare minimum.

Room facing the highway received a lot of traffic noise. Get a room around the back should be better.
