The rooms were dirty, there were bed bugs running across the pillows and bed. People frequently visiting the room next door. Overall visit was bad.

The air con was extremely dirty, the baseboards were extremely dirty, the fridge looked like it was growing something on the outside of the door, the microwave was extremely old and broke down. I am very displeased with my stay at this location for the price it was

Considering it was July and prices for anything were high, it wasn’t too bad. Downtown off a main road with easy access.

We arrived around 7:30 but lobby was closed, only service was through the night window, and with 3 people waiting it took 20 minutes for a key. We were given an end unit next to the pool but room was soundproof enough not to bother us, bed was ok, but bathroom was shoddy with rust stains around the drain and clearly a place on the wall where a soap dish used to be. Curtain rod hung down in the middle of the tub and curtains would not stay closed, shower 🚿 was weak but sufficient.

The outlets in both rooms didn't work. The coffee maker in the rooms didn't work. The phone in the room didn't even work. Very disappointed for the price we paid for everything to be wrong in the rooms. Feel ripped off!

Felt really unsafe. Had someone try to get into our room in the middle of the night.

Prostitution at the motel was announced on local news and residents. Room the TV is broken, bedroom half cleaned bed was sunken in the middle and room infested with bedbugs. Travel from out of town to feel very uncomfortable with bedbugs infestation. The Prostitution that is going on with the motel and infestation of bedbugs and the unsatisfied of rooms needs to spray for bedbugs and upgrade. Waiting on refund from 04/13/23 to 04/14/23, did not stay within the time frame because of bedbugs. Night shift service was excellent, and deposed bedbugs that I showed to them, and I request a refund. They approve the refund should have within 3 days.

The young lady that checked us in was exceptional.

The maintenance staff needs to be more attentive in the rooms.

The young lady at the front desk was very cordial and a pleasure. She checked us in quickly. All of the staff were all friendly and polite. The bed was clean and the room smelled very good. While we were there we witnessed the police patrolling the parking several times while we were there.

We have never stayed in a Baymont motel that is not originally a Baymont Motel. This was one that was renovated. The building was old, so remodeling had been done, but it was not in the best shape. We found used bathroom rags on the shower pole. It was a very poor area. We heard a trash truck picking up trash at 2:30 in the morning. While we were there we witnessed the police patrolling the parking several times while we were there. The price was high for this neighborhood.

We had no shower curtain, shower rod was broken, the secondary lock on the door was broken, the curtains didn’t shut all the way !!!!!!!!!

Room was well organized and very clean. Free wifi was seamless except for one minor glitch that was fixed within minutes. Cleaning staff was excellent. Location is very convenient to all locations. Good restaurants are a short drive or within walking distance.

A little surprised about a $100 deposit upon check in. It was refunded with no issue, but not expected. Only complaint, and it's a minor one... I didn't partake in the breakfast availability, but did want regular coffee in the room. When I checked in, there were three packs of coffee. That's a morning for me, and it wasn't replenished during my stay. I asked registration one evening for more and the kind woman had no clue how to get more for the room. On a grand scale, not a major issue, but it would have made the stay much better and convenient.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very kind, and the breakfast was better than we've had at other places.

Paying almost 140$ for a broken hair dryer, broken microwave that didn't heat, and clogged tub, and a phone that didn't work.

King size bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly

They don't really take care of anything maintenance wise. Bathroom door was kicked in and broken, shower curtain rod was broken and was a little outdated
