Location to Lakeland Airport

Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Lamp on nightstand had no shade and no bulb. Bathroom had a lamp and no overhead light until I asked them to change the overhead bulbs. No clean towels provided after the first night so had to use the same towels for three days. Beds were not changed during the stay. Room Phone did not work. No working ice machines on the property. Garbage on the floor In the hallway. No remote control for tv. Got one from front desk but couldn’t control the volume. Toilet ran constantly. This hotel is an absolute dump. I can’t believe I paid so much money for this disgusting place. Do not stay here!

.There was no hot water for bathing, the shower extremely small (like 3' x 3' size ) the matresses looked like they were 20 years old how uncomfortable they were , there was no breakfast and the elevators was very dirty... The hotel facilities need restructuring asap .

The staff was friendly.

The price was way more than the worth of the property. The tub was dirty beyond what Bleach could clean. The hotel need to be renovated, it has lossed all of it luster! The alarm kept going off ALL night for everyone to evacuate the hotel. Having to wake up small kids several times during the night is NOT the way the end or start the day!

Unfortunately there was nothing I liked about this hotel and stay.

The room was very outdated, there was a hole in the wall that was brought to the attention of the front staff (they had no idea it was there). The water temperature took about half an hour to warm up, to be able to shower. The white sheets were stained. The linen needs a major upgrade.

The rooms were out dated, the smell was like old and cigarettes on the non smoking floor, there was no cable tv and the TV was really old and only basic channels and only a couple came in and they kept going in and out, and the beds were old and I could feel the springs in the mattress, like the mattress was crunchy. I paid $150 for that room and it was not worth it.

when we arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk. we called the after hours (even though it was before the after hours start time per the note on the desk) phone number multiple times. nothing. After more than 15 minutes, some one came. They checked us in and gave us a room key. We got up to the room, the key didn’t work. back down stairs and the front desk person was gone again. another 20 minutes later, they were letting us into the room, but it had not been cleaned after the last guest. the bed was not made, the bathroom was messy. AGAIN downstairs. AGAIN waiting to find the front desk person. They got us into another room. At this point, we were over an hour since we arrived at the hotel. we got into our room, and got settled. the bathroom floor was grimy, and there were Qtips on the floor under the sink. it was a nightmare. But it was after 10 PM and we were told the room was non-refundable. Since we paid $279 for this digesting room, we just went to sleep and left first thing.

I liked the fact that they got the toilet working. The bed was fairly comfortable.

The place is old and rundown. The shower nozzle was rusted. There was some kind of discoloration on the bottom of the tub that they tried to cover with a white mat. The lampshade had tears in it. The place was awful. The view out my window was a trash dumpster. I had to find outlets for the coffee maker and the microwave (the turntable didn't work).

Unclean. Dirty lobby, No restaurant, No lounge.No pool.all locked up. There had been water leak in our bathroom because door was so swollen at bottom it would not even shut. All ice machines and drink machines were removed. Had to ask for ice at fron desk.Bathroom was fility , I used my own Lysol wipes to clean bathroom before we used it. No toliet paper. 2 small towels. No washcloths or handtowels. All lights were unplugged. No TV, only snow when we finally found how to plug it in. Telephone did not work, So you couldn't contact lobby. Fire alarms were going off all hours of night. I ask to speak to manager twice and the woman at front desk did not even acknowledge me. The front office people disappeared for hours. They also pulled the fire alarm every 3 hours. The stairs were locked on floor 5&6.

Friendly staff but we have yet to get our refund as proof. We were there a whole 10 mins and left due to dirty room conditions and nothing as advertised online.

What you advertised on line,is not what you get this hotel is run down.

The whole second floor smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. The air conditioning was off on the floor so it was muggy. There was a huge leak coming from the ceiling right outside our room so there were blankets all over the carpet and the carpet was soaking wet. Room had no coffee pot and a leak under the sink that flooded our bathroom floor. Could find no one who worked there to talk to about the issue. When we did find a worker they said our room was non refundable but they could put us in a new room. Awful
