The desk staff was super pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water pressure in the show was strong, and the mini fridge was very handy for keeping drinks cold.

Unless a bathroom has an operable window, I feel a lot better with an exhaust fan to keep the room from getting too steamy. The nightstand had enough cosmetic damage to either repair or replace - it looked unhygienic.

The room was ok.

The staff wouldn’t return my $100 deposit because they said the room smelled like smoke even though i never smoked before in my life and the room already smelled like it before i got there. Will not be returning ever again and will let everyone know about the staff until i see improvements.

Absolutely horrific experience. It’s disgusting, there are drugs and syringes all over the parking lot, addicts are passed out in the hallways and the management has a scam going on with your deposit. They keep everyone’s deposits based off of how clean you kept your room, not based off of the damages if there were any. I had a toddler with me so it’s safe to say my room was not in the best order throughout my stay but it was not a serious mess at all!!! My stay ended in a screaminf match with the incredibly rude female manager. If you can afford to stay anywhere else, DO IT. There is not a single good thing to be said about this location. I’m in disbelief that it’s even still open to the public.

the hotels location and appearance was very poor. the lobby was a joke with a sign that no guests after 1130 pm. we all know what that means. i would have stay there with my son and daughter. i went down the road and rented rooms in a another hotel.. i would like to have my charges returned..

There wasn’t anything at all that my family liked about this place.

First there isn’t an elevator, even though it’s only two stories but anyone having problems walking would have a hard time getting to a room upstairs. The carpet on the stairs was worn down terribly and nasty. The room door looked like someone had broken into it before and would get stuck when trying to open the door. The iron, hairdryer, microwave plate and coffee pot were missing. Our bed had ashes on one of the beds and the plug-in next to one bed was hanging halfway out of the wall. This is a terrible place and a terrible location please save your money and do NOT stay here.

A lot of tweakers around the building begging for money and coming up to your car window. They require a $100 damage deposit when you get there not worth even putting $100 down on. My first room they put me in the bathtub did not drain and it took them almost a whole day to switch my rooms. Very ran down & in a horrible area.

Location, and the bed

Bathroom wasn’t very clean , carpets to upstairs are very dirty, musky smell upon entering the lobby.
