Very friendly Mr. Patel, excellent service

I loved how close it was to Lackland AFB and to the airport.

everything was perfect during my three night stay. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

the pool and hot tub area was ok

It was really bad. The room was humid smelled like sour old socks. Paint chipping from the walls. The carpet was stained throughout the hotel and in the room . Housekeeping was not properly done, we found hair on the pillows and the bathroom was really dirty. Our tv remote wasn't working, we gave up after the third one the receptionist gave us. There was a huge hole inside the closet, pretty unsure where that leads... We made a complain with the receptionist but there was little he could have done, saying the hotel was fully booked. He offered $20 discount on the room rate but it doesn't compensate our poor experience.

The staff was very friendly

The only thing i didnt like was that the pool was super cold. Even though it was indoor the water was cold.

TV remotes didn't work got replacements still didn't work and halls had no air so stuffy and had a smell. Kitchen staff was rude to my daughter 4 putting syrup in a bowl instead of her waffle when she wanted it to dip sausage in it.
