Clean, beds, breakfast & staff.

Location was back too far, not many restaurants close.

Booking.com mentioned this hotel don't accept pets. It was wrong. This hotel accept pets for $75. So please mention pets allowed in your website regarding about this hotel.

Good stay, breakfast okay but not outstanding.

I do like the location and the cleanliness of the Hampton Inn hotels in general.

The breakfast is not something I would not recommend to others, Although everything might be present, there are no fresh (scrambled) eggs or bacon, and the waffle I made was not very tasteful. The coffee service with the cans available at all time is however great including decaf.

Very clean contactless check in and out great food good location. Went to courthouse in Sevierville to go trick or treating veryone had a great time.

Short and sweet

The kids enjoyed getting autographs from the baseball players that were staying there.

The price was 235 for one night and my card was charged 287 dollars. That really upset me. Luckily I had the funds to cover but the price should not have been changed from what it was listed at on the site.

Completely satisfied with our visit .

The breakfast was better than most hotel serve yourself type breakfasts offered .

Would prefer booking reservations through the hotel rather than the booking service .

Little over priced for quality of room and and crowd.

Breakfast good. Rough crowd staying overnight. Lots of smokers and construction guys but my room was quiet. Bed was good. Shower good.

Air conditioning not so good. Carpet needs replacing. Renovation needed. Rough crowd. Lots of tough looking guys. I travel with two women. 26 and 30 years old. Both scared and guys were making ugly comments.
