breakfast was decent, room was mostly clean. bed was super comfortable!

the room smelled really bad when we first got there. the water pressure was pretty much nonexistent. we stayed two nights but there were only 2 towels; enough for one night of showering. when i asked for more the girl at the front acted like it was a big inconvenience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not by any fault of the hotel but some guests got drunk and were making a ton of noise in the parking lot outside of my room.

Bed was big and comfortable

Floor was not cleaned. It was close to a busy street so it was noisy at night. Breakfast was either waffles or cereal, and a few cookies for dessert.

Comfortable bed and furnishings. Water pressure is great. Room was good size. Quiet outside as well as inside.

I got upstairs when I asked for a downstairs. I was put in a smoking room even though I told clerk wanted nonsmoking room.

The first room we were shown was unacceptable smelled and had an old filthy threads-torn couch and bathroom. Second room still had a dirty couch but intact. Had no place to hang clothes just hangers in a drawer. We stayed three nights and never had any service. No cleaning, emptying trash, no change of towels, and no restocking of supplies. We asked for it the second day but no one ever came. We sent an email to the manager and did not receive a response.

location was close to hospital that I was visiting and it was affordable compared to other hotels in area

What I liked about the property was that the staff was friendly, the parking lot never got dirty with trash/litter, and the room was relatively clean.

what I didn’t like about the property was that house keeping didn’t cause to our room AT ALL, the hotel phone in the room did not work, the floor had so much dirt on it, it seemed like it had never been cleaned or it gets cleaned with dirty mop water and the couch they have in the room was scary nasty bunch of packed in dirt, the complimentary breakfast gets a rating out of 10 a 1, I wanted orange juice out of the dispensary and apple juice was in its place.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. However during the daytime the previous day a young man flat lied to me about trying to extend our stay for another day. He should be retrained or terminated in my opinion. Thank you

Trim the palm tree near the entrance of the hotel because it's very dangerous trying to exit because of palm tree blooming the view to the street of hwy 75

How close we were to everything.

Our air-conditioning unit sounded like a weedwaker whenever it was on wich was the whole visit.

My child and I skipped breakfast sadly because the receptionist was soo hostile and unfriendly

The front desk was yelling at us and at the booking company over the phone. It was horrible and customer service is the heart of any company.
