The location of the property was very good.

I wish we were told that it was under construction before booking. The facility was dusty and the rugs were not clean. Our room the tables were dusty and scratched and mildew in the bathroom. We brought cleaning items and was able to spray the room.

Location is excellent. Staff were very nice & helpful. Pricing was great. We will be back!

Rm 713 … door made a loud noise every time it opened and closed. Room was well used/tired but I know you can’t have beautiful rooms with the excellent price you charge. The entrance at reception has a tile floor as does the hall to the elevators. Using a luggage cart is very loud (especially when empty) so must be hard for reception staff to hear customer or telephone conversations. When our chart was Loaded it was easy for things to fall off as we rolled over the tile toward the elevators. Just an observation.

The room was very clean, the view was amazing! The cost of the breakfast buffet was affordable and decent, it could have used more options. We enjoyed the variety of pools and the beach access.

The pools could be cleaner and there was lots of trash and pool towels everywhere.

The lobby area in the hotel looked good; however, my room which was 503 was very nasty with a dark stinking carpet and an odor that smelled like a dead rat was in the room. Also, the tiny kitchenette is right across from the bathroom which was a terrible design idea. In addition, the bathroom always smelled of bowel movement and urine. I will not dignify this place by calling it a resort.

To begin with you can hire some customer service representatives (at the front desk) that really want to work and assist the customer in a friendly manner.

I tried asking one of the associates a question about the ice machine and she was so rude. I asked someone else got an answer. I don't know what her problem was but it pissed me off. The elevators were having issues

I liked the property was on the beach ! I loved the multiple pools , restaurant, and the bar that was by the pool

The sliding door made me brake a nail lol. Check in was at 4:00-4:30 and our room was not ready until 5:45 which wasn’t cool at all . We were not offered any discounts ! Parking was very limited. Other than that we loved it
